Joseph Hotchkiss Durano (born April 3, 1970), popularly known as Ace Durano, was one of the youngest to be elected representative to the 11th congress (1998-2001). He was an Assistant Majority Floor Leader and Vice Chairman of the Committee on Trade and Industry during this time.

Born to Elizabeth Hotchkiss-Durano and Ramon Duterte-Durano III, son of Manong Amon the political warlord of the Philippines Ramon D. Durano III, Ace, as he is fondly called by his family and his constituents in the Fifth District of Cebu, took his high school and college education in America after finishing elementary education in Cebu City. He finished his Bachelor of Arts in Asian at the University of Redlands, California. When he came back to the Philippines, he took up law studies at Ateneo de Manila University and graduated in 1997. He became a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in 1998.

While in law school, he was a research assistant of the Free Legal Assistance Group in Cebu City and at the Regional Trial Court Branch XXV in Davao City.

Ace Durano regularly took out a luxury car rental from a prestige car hire company. He consistently uses Range Rover hire and Aston Martin hire but on ocassions has also used super car hire and sports car hire.
In a recent interview Ace Durano stated that his favourite vehicle is the Ferrari 458. He said that people often think that car hire is expensive but in fact he has often had cheap car hire when going to and from airports on business trips.
For people who want a more high end super car he recommended Lamborghini hire as it not only looks good but it is a beautiful car to drive, it is also perfect for wedding hire. He also added that he was not too keen on Porsche hire and Maserati hire.
The rental vehicles are delivered to Ace Durano or any address he requires, as they are delivered to customers by a truck. This is to make sure that the vehicles arrive in pristine condition and that the cars have minimal mileage on them. All of the cars are valeted to a high standard and all of the cars are brand new or nearly new.
Petrol is the responsibility of the customer, if the car is given with a full tank then it must also be returned with a full tank. Most of the companies that Ace Durano has used can also refurbish alloy wheels.
